Hello, My name is Ariana. I pole vault for warrenton high school, in Warrenton, Missouri. Our current head Track and field Coach is on a look out for a new pole vaulting coach. The previous/ current coach is being deployed by the national guard due to his stunning career as a Sargent or what ever. My friend Trinity and I are recruiting other individuals to join us in this amazing sport but we are short one thing: A COACH! Trinity and I have potential to further our pole vaulting careers beyond high school but we can't do that with out proper instruction. So if anybody has lots of good experience and is willing to share it with some talented but deprived teenage vaulters, we would surely appreciate it.........

Todd Cooper runs pole camps in Excelsior Springs, MO (justvault.org) and Earl Bell does in Jonesboro, AR (Bell Athletics) which may not be too far from you. Without a vault coach, I recommend compairing videos of you vaulting with videos of world class vaulter which can be found on-line.
