whats the average throw for a 13 year old girl??
i got 29 and 1/2 feet LAST year and i've been lifting wieghts since then.
is 29 and 1/2 feet good distance for a 13 year old girl??

Yes, a 29 1/2 feet throw is a good throw for a 13 year old. This shows a good base and form. By lifting weights you will improve your strength along with you coordination. Make sure when lifting to use proper techinique. Also make sure that if you lift one muscle group to also lift the reverse group. Your weight coach should be able to help you keep that it check.

Make sure that when practicing your form to keep your throwing techinique accurate as well. The muscle memory for the throw is very important as this age. The techinique base that you are building now will stay with you for years to come. It is best to build it accurately now, so you do not have to work twice as hard to change it later.
